Privacy Policy

BoothMode is a local-first photo booth app for iPhone and iPad developed by Majatino LLC. It works without a BoothMode account and does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or a Majatino cloud photo service.

Information BoothMode collects

Majatino does not collect personal data through the BoothMode app. BoothMode does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking technology, crash-reporting SDKs, or account registration.

Photos, events, and settings

Photos captured in BoothMode, event names, imported backdrops, operator settings, and the optional operator-lock credential are stored locally on the device. BoothMode does not automatically upload this content to Majatino or another cloud service.

The operator may choose to save a finished image to the Apple Photos library or share and export images using options provided by iOS or iPadOS. Those actions occur only after the operator initiates them and are governed by the selected destination's privacy practices.

Device permissions

• Camera access provides the live preview and captures booth photos.
• Photos access is used when the operator imports a custom backdrop or saves a finished photo to the Photos library.

These permissions can be changed at any time in the Apple Settings app.

Purchases and third parties

BoothMode Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Apple processes purchases, restores, and related transaction information through StoreKit and the App Store. Majatino does not receive payment-card details through BoothMode. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

BoothMode does not share event photos, event names, or app usage data with Majatino or integrated advertising, analytics, or data-broker partners. Information is sent to another service only when the operator deliberately chooses that service from Apple's sharing tools.

Support requests

If you voluntarily contact Majatino for support, Majatino receives the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device details, and the content of your request. This information is used only to respond to and resolve the support request. Do not include private event photos unless they are needed to explain the issue.

Retention and deletion

BoothMode's event content remains on the device until the operator deletes photos or events inside the app. Deleting BoothMode removes its locally stored app container, subject to normal device backups and Apple's platform behavior. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to resolve the request and maintain ordinary business records; you may ask Majatino to delete it unless retention is required by law.

Children

BoothMode does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Event operators are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for photography at their events and for controlling how photos are saved or shared.

Changes to this policy

If BoothMode's data practices change, this policy will be updated before the changed behavior is released.
